Membership and Terms of Use

1. Parties

This membership agreement has been concluded between SAMM Teknoloji Communication Industry and Trade Inc., which operates the samm.com website, registered at the Gebze Chamber of Commerce with the address 0-7420-3002-2000011mernis with the trade number 22448, and located at the Gebze Organized Industrial Zone (GOSB) İhsandede Cd. 800. Sok No: 802, 41400 Gebze-Kocaeli, and the MEMBER, in order to determine the conditions for benefiting from the services offered by the SAMM e-commerce site.

2. Purpose and Scope of the Agreement

The purpose and scope of this agreement is to enable the member to benefit from the samm.com website owned by SAMM Teknoloji, to perform membership transactions, to determine the terms of use of the site and to determine the rights and obligations of the parties.
SAMM Teknoloji Communications Ind. and Trade Inc. always has the right to determine the terms of use of the site unilaterally.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Anyone over the age of 18 can become a site member by filling out the membership form appropriately and accepting the terms of this agreement. In order to gain membership status, the application must be approved by the site. Membership status begins when the approval process is completed and notified to the member.
Site membership is personal. It cannot be transferred to anyone else.
The personal and other information provided during membership to the site, including the e-mail address and phone number, must belong to the member, be correct and active before the law. The site is not responsible for any errors that may occur due to incorrect communication information provided by the member. SAMM Teknoloji declares and undertakes to compensate for all damages it may incur due to the inaccuracy of this information. The member accepts that none of the information provided to the site is recorded by the site in an untrue and unlawful manner.
The communication information provided during membership is taken as basis when logging into the system and in all written and verbal communications regarding membership.

The name, surname and other information provided by the member during the membership application cannot be changed by the member. Personal information belonging to the member other than these can be changed by the member through the website or Customer Services. In order for the necessary information to be changed by Customer Services, the member; Customer Services is responsible for passing the security check without any problems and verifying the identity information.

4. Sözleşmenin Onay Hükmü, Yürürlük ve Diğer Şartlar

Member registration means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and has accepted the articles in the membership agreement. 5. Your Consent Regarding Commercial Messages

By entering into this agreement, you hereby agree to various promotion, advertising, promotion, sales and marketing purposes for all kinds of products and services in accordance with the law. , likewise, for store card, credit card and membership information, transactions and applications, SAMM Teknoloji İletişim San. ve Tic.
